The ASUG Operations Optimization event will provide an interactive exchange of the latest technology innovations, best practices and customer success stories to help manufacturers improve work processes. About Sham Afzalpurkar
Sham is the founder, president and chief executive officer of Performix, Inc. In this role, he guides the overall strategic vision and operations of the Company. Sham has over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering manufacturing and supply chain software solutions. Prior to Performix, Sham was a co-founder of Bristlecone, Inc. (Mahindra & Mahindra), a leading supply-chain solutions company where he was Vice President of Supply Chain Practice. Sham helped manage the company to become a leading SAP supply chain service provider. Prior to Bristlecone, Sham worked for SAP architecting and implementing manufacturing and supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to SAP, he held a number of leadership positions in the area of manufacturing and logistics with companies such as Halliburton.
Sham is a frequent speaker at manufacturing and supply chain software events and has published articles in leading journals.
Sham holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University (India) and an MBA and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas.

Keith is an Enterprise Architect in Dow Corning’s IT Governance group focusing on global supply chain architecture, information delivery strategies and real-time performance management across the enterprise. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing and control systems; Keith has held various positions in manufacturing & finishing operations, S&T, IT and eventually worked as a Control System Engineer. A former member of the Global Electronics Industry Supply Chain Leadership Team, Keith uses his technical and manufacturing background to assist industry business leaders in meeting their goals - through aligning system capabilities and information delivery within Dow Corning.
Keith is a computer science graduate from Saginaw Valley State University.
