Offering ''Out of the Box'' Connectivity to SAP xMII
MES Software Provider Releases Its Newest Product at SAPPHIRE ‘07
Atlanta, Georgia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Performix, the ‘Out of the Box’ manufacturing execution system (MES) software provider, today announced the launch of xBatch™ for SAP at SAPPHIRE ’07. xBatch is a comprehensive batch reporting system that, when paired with Performix xMES, completes the batch manufacturing software solution for SAP customers while complying with batch process industry standards ISA-88 and ISA-95.
Performix was founded with a charter to develop state-of-the-art solutions and products for the batch process manufacturing industry. Continuing this tradition, Performix xBatch is a “batch adapter” that collects all batch data for Performix xMES as a customer’s batch processes are executed in real-time. Performix xBatch is built on a multi-site distributed architecture for data consolidation and high availability. The core functionality of xBatch includes Batch Reporting Engine, Batch Report Designer, and Batch Reporting Tool. Together, these functions allow Performix xBatch to collect, store, serve and report on complex S88 data.
In accordance with Performix’ mission to minimize customer implementation times thus lowering total cost of ownership (TCO), xBatch comes standard with OPC HDA, ODBC, and B2MML interfaces, providing “Out of the Box” integration with SAP xMII.
