Today, the Performix Partner program offers four partnership categories:
Strategic Partners : Performix strategic partnerships are intimate relationships characterized by certified technology integration, shared go-to-market planning and co-marketing with the goal of market dominance in focused industry segments
Consulting Partners : Performix is a pure play xApp solutions company and does not plan on creating a large services organization. Performix has excellent synergies with Consulting and Engineering Services organizations with industry focused offerings in the Manufacturing and Automation space.
Product companies with complementary products : The Performix xMES® system can be classified under the category of a 'Platform.' In specific cases, there may be a need for niche technology components like Algorithms, Models and other Decision Support components, as well as other software platform components like Databases, Historians, GUI components, etc. Performix partners with product organizations that have such niche technology products in their portfolio.
Hardware Vendors : Some components of the Performix xMES® runs on custom hardware, while other components need specific customer hardware devices. An example of the former is an ultra-mobile PC Handheld terminial with the capability of reading Bar Codes and RFID Tags. An example of the latter is Barcode printers, RFID readers and Tags and any specific automation hardware that may be required from time to time. Performix partners with manufacturers of such hardware devices and takes such products to the market as a part of our system.
