Sham Afzalpurkar, Founder, President & CEO
Sham is the founder, President & CEO of Performix, Inc. In this role, he guides the overall strategic vision and operations of the Company. Sham has over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering manufacturing and supply chain software solutions. Prior to Performix, Sham was a co-founder of Bristlecone, Inc. (Mahindra & Mahindra), a leading supply-chain solutions company where he was Vice President of Supply Chain Practice. Sham helped manage the company to become a leading SAP supply chain service provider. Prior to Bristlecone, Sham worked for SAP architecting and implementing manufacturing and supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to SAP, he held a number of leadership positions in the area of manufacturing and logistics with companies such as Halliburton.
Sham is a frequent speaker at manufacturing and supply chain software events and has published articles in leading journals.
Sham holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Osmania University
(India ) and an MBA and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas .
Winston Gilpin, CFO
Winston Gilpin has over twenty-five years of experience in finance and accounting and is the founder and president of Gilpin Consulting, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and has served in a number of executive management positions for both publicly traded and privately owned companies as well outside advisory roles to several more.
Partha Mukhopadhaya, Chief Product Architect
Partha is the Chief Product Architect for Performix, Inc. In this role, he guides key product and architectural decisions and processes. Partha has over 20 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development. His strengths are in developing innovative, 'first-to-market' solutions, using the most up-to-date and appropriate technologies. He brings to Performix a wide range of experience from fluid flow and heat transfer modeling to molecular modeling, embedded software, wireless SCADA solutions, software process standards, and MES. Partha has held prior engagements with Thermax India, Trilogy, and HP.
Partha holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Jadhavpur University (India).
Shripad Lale, Vice President of Product Engineering
Shripad is the Vice President of Product Engineering for Performix, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for Product Strategy and Engineering of the xMES™ suite of products. Shripad started his career in M/S Godrej and Boyce Pvt. Ltd., in Mumbai and subsequently worked for Siemens Ltd., and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS). Over the past 18 years, he has been involved in providing Manufacturing IT solutions to Fortune 100 customers across the world. Shripad's core capabilities are in the areas of Software Engineering, Manufacturing Automation, and Manufacturing IT.
Shripad holds a BS in Electronics and Computer Technology from the University of Bombay (India)
Brian Krpec, Director of Sales and Business Development
Brian is the Director of Sales and Business Development for Performix, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the growth, development and success in all of Performix's go-to-market operations. Prior to Performix Inc., Brian has held both executive-level and various sales-level positions in both large enterprise and start-up organizations including Cognos, Quickshift, Razor Technologies, PentaSafe and BMC Software.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.
